Technology and materials can be accessed by everyone and duplicated by anyone. It’s the people in the organization that separate the companies and we feel like across the board we have one of the best teams in the industry. Our four Executive Leaders collectively have over 50 years of experience in the industry. The two “Franks” (Gavrilos and Hango Zada) have years of experience in leading large corporations so there is a wealth of experience from large and small company cultures to draw from. Ken (Scorah) has been in Operations for nearly thirty years, and Mark (Andrews) represents our future, and brings international experience and a fresh perspective to our business.
But in the end, it’s the “front line” that matters most and the people you deal with every day. Jason and Ken run Operations, both with printing backgrounds and able to technically solve most issues. Our sales team (Dave, Mark, and Scott) is a well-experienced group. But our specific focus has been to build a strong Customer Service team, who handle your orders, your inventory, etc. We feel like the four member team we have put together is second to none. But don’t take my word for it, call Dena, Anna, Anita or Andrea with any customer issue and you be the judge!!
